First of all, let me start out by saying that we do not allow just anyone on our $65K CASHFLOW© First Notify list. Quite frankly, there are over 1,000 active buyers / investors that have requested to be on our FIRST NOTIFY list but only a fraction of them are.

You see, I have 2 lists that these properties go to....

1. Those people who are signed up as a Registered Investor for the First Notify list.

2. Those people who have requested to be on our First Notify but did not register with us. These are individuals in our entire database.

As the name would say, the first list… my primary list… the First Notification list. The individuals on this list are able to CHERRY PICK the very best deals.

The second list get, well.... The left overs (sloppy seconds). I'll let you know how you can get on my FIRST NOTIFY list in a moment.

I want to take a moment to tell you about the properties. These properties are available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. I can't stress enough that the availability of these properties are extremely time sensitive. You see, the bank takes in THOUSANDS of REPOS. They allow us to PRE-Market the properties at a substantial discount prior to them going on the open market. This has allowed us to sell their inventory FAST. That is why I’m giving priority to those of you who are willing to show me you’re serious.

 Our FIRST NOTIFY list will get first dibs on deep discount PRE-MLS Bank Owned Deals as well as FSBO and Builder Bust out deals. ALSO, Thousands of Cashflow Properties under $65,000.

So, How Do I register for your FIRST NOTIFY list?

We are not asking you to give up your first born child but what we are looking for is...

1. You will need to fill out our very simple and brief Investor Survey. You can click this link here for the survey. This will only take about 2 – 3 minutes but it will help us know how we can do to help you achieve your investment goals.

2. Since we don't own many of these properties, what we ask you to do is sign a simple Buyer Broker agreement. You can download it here. This only applies to the properties we send you and it protects us as the agent. If we show you the property and you try to buy it through some other means, then would be entitled to a commission. Should you not buy the property, you are not obligated to us at all.

It's only fair that if we show you a property that we get paid a commission right?

If you decide to no longer be on my list, just let me know... that’s no problem, I’ll take you off the list… no hard feelings… I’m not going to give you a hard time about it.
