#1 PAY
OPTIONS ARE A TIME BOMB:
Perhaps you've heard about a "New Concept" called Pay Options. This is a loan
that gives you 4 different options to pay. Naturally what they discretely don't
want you to know is that they are setting you up. 90% of the people out there
would choose the least amount possible to "Leverage" their monthly out go. Well,
this option will put you in th hole fast. You see what happens is the monthly
payment not only doesn't pay down your principal balance but it doesn't even
pay for all of the interest you owe for that month!
This means that your principal balance WILL GO UP EACH AND EVERY MONTH. The problem is that when you are ready to qualify
for a new loan on your new house, you discover that there is an additional
$30,000 to pay. OUCH that hurts.

#2 INTEREST ONLY LOANS SUCK:

PMI Insurance doe absolutely nothing for you! PMI insurance is an insurance that YOU pay to the Lender

#5: VA Insurance Premiums
I had the privilege of serving our country for 4 years. In fact I was in the
Gulf War for 8 Months. That was quite an experience that I'll never forget. Our
Regiment was part of the Border Patrol in Kuwait.
One day our motorpool blew
up. Imagine all of our heavy hitter A-1 tanks and all of the Howitzers
completely LOCKED AND LOADED ready for battle! One of the howitzers caught on

closing. The next thing you know is that you are UP SIDE DOWN on the
transaction because the real estate agent forgot to factor in YOUR PRE-PAYMENT

Under federal law, Yield Spread Premium is a kick back that about 99% of mortgage brokers take from
